  • Organization name (optional)

Usage Data

  • Feature usage patterns (which features you use)
  • AI parse counts (for billing purposes)
  • Session data (for authentication)

Payment Information

  • Processed securely by Stripe
  • We only store your Stripe customer ID, not your payment details

2. Information We Don't Collect

  • Claude API Keys: Your API key is encrypted client-side and never transmitted to or stored on our servers. It stays in your browser.
  • Raw Email Content: After AI parsing, raw content stays in your browser's localStorage. We don't store the original text on our servers.
  • Browsing History: We don't track your activity outside of Milk Route AI.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide the Service: Process your requests, authenticate sessions, manage subscriptions
  • Improve the Service: Understand usage patterns to build better features
  • Transactional Emails: Send from automations@milkroute.ai for authentication links, billing notifications, and important updates
  • Support: Respond to your questions and issues

4. Data Storage

Client Data

Your accounts, touchpoints, signals, and other Milk Route data are stored in your browser's localStorage. This means:

  • Data is stored locally on your device
  • Clearing browser data will remove this information
  • You can export your data anytime as JSON

Account Data

Basic account information (email, subscription status) is stored in our PostgreSQL database, encrypted at rest.

Location

Our servers are located in the United States.

5. Third Parties

We share limited data with these service providers:

  • Anthropic: When you use AI parsing, your content is processed through the Claude API using your own API key. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing.
  • Stripe: Handles payment processing. They receive your payment information directly.
  • Resend: Delivers transactional emails. They receive your email address.
  • Vercel: Hosts our application. They process web requests.

6. Cookies

  • Session Cookie: Required for authentication. Expires when you log out or after 30 days.
  • No Advertising Cookies: We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
  • No Third-Party Trackers: We don't embed social media or analytics trackers.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Export Your Data: Download all your data as JSON from Settings
  • Delete Your Account: Remove your account and all associated data
  • Access Your Data: Request a copy of data we store about you
  • Correct Your Data: Update inaccurate information

8. Children

Milk Route AI is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email before they take effect.
